Project aiming to meet the data needs of the BNDfC Education Strand while developing the Local Education Authority's understanding of under-achievement and inclusion issues, identifying and tracking the progress of children receiving additional help and support in learning from BNDfC funded initiatives.
The project identifies all pupils living in the Burngreave New Deal area from the LEA Database, and reports on achievement levels, attendance rates and exclusion. Demographic profiles of BNDfC area pupils have been produced.
The data provided by the project is used by the BNDfC Education Theme, Community Education Co-ordinators, local schools and community study support initiatives.
The data and reports inform and contribute to wider BNDfC education strategies.
