Provides free, culturally appropriate advocacy service. Advocates can help you by acting on your behalf, making phone calls, explaining your letters, writing letters for you, accompanying you when necessary and sign-posting you to other services. Staff speak Somali, Arabic and Urdu/Punjabi. If you speak another language, an interpreter can be arranged.
Clients are seen by appointment only, and can telephone between 9am and 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Appointments can also be made by visiting the office between 9am and 12:30pm, Monday to Friday.
